Attosecond science; Strong-field physics
We focus on the generation, characterization and applications of attosecond light pulses, particularly in circular polarization, which has unique advantages in real-time resolving electron dynamics in chiral molecules and magnetic materials. Currently, we employ the attosecond light pulses to study interdisciplines between physics, chemistry, material science and engineering by novel attosecond time-resolved spectroscopies, including photoelectron and photoion coincidence spectroscopy, HHG self-probing spectroscopy, field-resolved detection and transient absorption spectroscopy.
