K-State physics research team publishes work on digital holography
K-State Physics associate professor Matthew Berg together with research assistant professor Osku Kemppinen and Yuli Heinson, postdoctoral research fellow at Washington University in St. Louis recently published an article on imaging aerosols with digital holography in Physics Today.
The article “Imaging aerosols with digital holography”, shares the researchers’ results on how the shape and size of aerosol particles can be measured along with their scattering pattern.
The articles appears in the March 2018 issue. Physics Today is the flagship publication of the American Institute of Physics, and is the most influential and closely followed physics magazine in the world.
