Physics graduate student part of team installing and testing CRT panels at MicroBooNe
Hard-hat-wearing K-State Physics graduate student Aleena Rafique works high above the floor on Fermilab Liquid Argon Test Facility on a scissor lift as she installs a scintillation counter for the MicroBooNE experiment's cosmic ray tracker. Aleena works with her fellow KSU graduate student Varuna Meddage and faculty members Tim Bolton and Glenn Horton-Smith in making measurements of neutrino interaction properties with MicroBooNE's liquid argon time projection chamber.
The second photo shows Aleena with members of the Swiss-American cosmic ray tracker installation team.
