Dr. Bunny Clark holds a B.S. in Physics & Math and an M.S. in Physics from Kansas State as well as a Ph.D. in Physics from Wayne State University.

Dr. Clark is considered a pioneer in the field of theoretical physics, especially in the relativistic treatment of nuclear reactions. She has published more than 90 articles and presented over 150 lectures on her research. She was recognized as an American Physical Society Fellow in 1984 and an American Association for the Advancement of Science Fellow in 1996. She received the Fowler Award for Excellence in Nuclear Physics from the Ohio Section of the American Physical Society in 1999.

At present, Dr. Clark is a University Distinguished Professor in the Department of Physics at The Ohio State University. In addition to her excellence in research, she has been recognized by Ohio State for her outstanding teaching. She teaches physics to students at all levels -- from non-science students to upper-level graduate students.

Dr. Clark has been a leader in promoting opportunities for women in science. She serves on committees of the American Physical Society which address gender issues and continues to encourage young women to pursue careers in sciences.
