Undergraduate Scholarships
Many of our students earn are awarded scholarships by the physics department. In addition, some students receive scholarships from the university, or compete nationally for additional awards and fellowships.
Physics Department Scholarships Available
All incoming students who select physics as a major are eligible for these
scholarships. All current physics students are encouraged to apply.

Present & Past K-State Physics Recipients
From 1990 – 2006, 1990 our
physics students have earned nine Goldwater scholarships, based largely on their
involvement in research, as well as one Rhodes scholarship (1998), a Claire
Boothe Luce fellowship (2004), and two NSF graduate fellowships.
