The experimental high-energy physics group at Kansas State University invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate position on the CMS experiment at the LHC. The KSU group has a strong background in physics analyses at hadron colliders and is very active in commissioning the CMS ECAL detector and in the pixel detector R&D for SLHC.

Candidates for this position are required to have a Ph.D. and research experience in experimental particle physics. The successful candidate is expected to play a leading role in detector commissioning and operations, early physics analyses focusing on top and searches for SUSY, and SLHC R&D.
