Soy focaccia A focaccia is a flat short bread which is a predecessor of modern pizza. It is typically not topped, except with herbs and olive oil.

1/2c soy flour
5/8cMasarepa
1/8colive oil
1cwarm water
1pkgactive yeast
1/2tspsalt

Dissolve the yeast in the water. In a bowl mix together the soy flour and the olive oil. Add the Masarepa and salt and stir together. Once the yeast starts to bubble in the water, add the liquid to the flours and stir for about a minute to form a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a shallow pie pan or skillet. Cover and let rise 1/2--1 hour. Then bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or cook on the stove covered for 15 minutes on each side.
