2 | Tbs | butter | ||||||||||

1 | tsp | baking powder | ||||||||||
2 | Tbs | cold water |
Heat the milk to boiling and add it to the potato flakes. Add the butter and let stand a couple of minutes. Mix in the salt, sugar, and the egg. Put all of the flours in together and mix. Stir in the cold water and the baking powder.
