Gypsie Salad Dressing

3--4 oz pimiento, preferably home made
6 oz tomato paste
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
2 Tbs lemmon juice
1/2 c olive oil
1 Tbs liquid soy lecithin
1/2 c white wine or vermouth
salt
pepper
rosemary
oregano
paprika

Just blend everything together using a mixer or mortar and pestle.
