Congratulations to Daniel Nickel. Daniel was selected to participate at NIST, Boulder Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program (SURF) . This program is sponsored by the National Science Foundation. He worked on fiber laser research project in the Summer of 2007.
Congratulations to
Viatcheslav Zakjevskii, a Chemistry/Physics major who has qualified for, and
been invited into, Phi Beta Kappa.
This is a singular achievement for an undergraduate and a very high
honor.
Eli Parke was one of five students nationwide invited to present a talk in the
“Undergraduate Student Research” session at the 38th annual meeting
of the Division of Atomic Molecular and Optical (DAMOP) of the American Physical
Society at the Telus Convention Center in Calgary, Canada, June 5-9, 2007.
His talk was entitled, Effects
