Congratulations to Daniel Nickel.  Daniel was selected to participate at NIST, Boulder Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program (SURF) .  This program is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.  He worked on fiber laser research project in the Summer of 2007.

Congratulations to Viatcheslav Zakjevskii, a Chemistry/Physics major who has qualified for, and been invited into, Phi Beta Kappa.  This is a singular achievement for an undergraduate and a very high

honor.
