Conductivity Experiment
Conductivity and Photoconductivity Transients Measurement
Systems:
This facility consists of a 700 ps nitrogen pumped dye laser system, a sub-nanosecond
pulse generator, 1/4 m monochromator, a closed-cycle He refrigerator with temperature
range between 10 - 650E K, and a sampling scope (Tektronics). The facility is
dedicated to the studies of the efficiency and response speed of UV detectors and drain
current transient characteristics of transistors.
